Focused attention on what matters
Monthly retainers for ongoing AI implementation. We work from a shared backlog—you set priorities, I build systems.
New clients start with the AI Audit first so we know exactly what to prioritize.

What you're buying
Not deliverables on a timeline. Focused capacity to build what matters.
Each tier comes with a clear estimate of weekly hours so you know what to expect. But I optimize for output, not timesheets. Some weeks I'll ship a full system in four hours. Other weeks a gnarly integration takes longer. It evens out.
We maintain a shared backlog of ideas and opportunities. You stay in control of priorities, I stay focused on building. When priorities shift, we shift.
Choose your tier
Each tier gives you a different level of weekly capacity. Pick based on how much you want to get done.

- Running backlog, we prioritize together

Best for: Treating AI as core infrastructure, comprehensive overhaul
- Full operational scope, multiple departments
- Weekly calls
- Same-day email response
- Multi-phase systems, department rollouts
- Quarterly roadmap planning, weekly adjustments
- Full team training, change management support
6-month minimum
The backlog model
Simple, transparent, and flexible. Here's how we work together.
Everything goes on the list
Every idea, request, and opportunity gets captured. Nothing gets lost or forgotten.
Prioritize together
During our calls, we review the backlog and decide what matters most right now.
Work top-down
I build from the top of the list. When priorities shift, we adjust.
Trade-offs are visible
The backlog shows what we're doing, what's waiting, and why. No hidden scope.
Is this right for you?
Good fit
- You want AI as ongoing infrastructure, not a one-time project
- You have multiple operational areas that could benefit from automation
- You prefer ongoing partnership over managing contractors
- You value flexibility as needs evolve
- You can commit to a 3-6 month engagement
Probably not
- ×You need a single, well-defined project with a clear end date
- ×You want to manage hours and track time spent
- ×You're exploring whether AI is right for your business
- ×You need hands-on technical support (help desk style)
- ×You can't commit to the minimum engagement
Need a defined project instead? Agent deployment delivers agent infrastructure as a fixed-scope engagement.
Questions about retainers
Why the minimum commitments?+
Real operational change takes time. The minimum commitment ensures we have enough runway to build something meaningful, see results, and iterate. It also means I can invest in deeply understanding your business instead of constantly re-scoping.
What if my priorities change mid-month?+
That's what the backlog is for. We reprioritize as often as needed—that's the whole point. If something urgent comes up, we can shift. The backlog makes the trade-offs visible so you always know what moves and what waits.
How do I know which tier is right?+
Start with the audit. After we map your operations and identify opportunities, I'll recommend a tier based on the scope of work. Momentum (3-4 hrs/week) covers one focus area. Velocity (6-8 hrs/week) handles 2-3 initiatives in parallel. Transformation (10-12 hrs/week) is a full operational partnership across departments. Most businesses start with Momentum or Velocity and adjust from there.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes, after your initial commitment period. If we realize you need more capacity, we can upgrade. If your needs change, we can scale back. The goal is a partnership that fits your business.
What's the difference between email support levels?+
Response times are listed on each tier. Dedicated means 24-48 hours. Priority means within 24 hours. Same-day means what it says—if you email in the morning, you'll hear back that day.
Do I need the audit first?+
Yes. The audit gives us both clarity on what to build and why. Without it, we'd be guessing at priorities. The roadmap from your audit becomes the starting backlog for your retainer.
