Before Automatic existed as a service, it was the internal operating layer we built to run our own company. It scans email, preps for meetings, tracks revenue, reviews code, drafts client work, and flags what we're forgetting. After a year of running on it, the pattern was obvious: most owner-led businesses don't need another tool. They need someone to wire AI into how the team already works.
So that's what we do. Each engagement is bespoke. Each system is built around the people doing the work. We stay close through rollout and operate the system after it's live — strategy, setup, and ongoing operations under one relationship.
