The Problem

Law firms specializing in divorce cases faced a significant challenge in efficiently collecting and managing their clients' sensitive financial data. The process was often cumbersome, lacking a centralized system for data entry, management, and security. Clients needed a confidential and straightforward way to submit their financial details, while law firms required an effective method to access, manage, and analyze this information securely. Additionally, the process of inviting clients to fill forms, tracking their progress, and ensuring data security added layers of complexity.

The Solution

To address these challenges, we developed a secure and user-friendly web application, the Divorce Client Financial Information Portal, built on Bubble.io. This SaaS platform provided a comprehensive solution for both clients and law firm administrators. Key features included:

1. Secure Login and User Management Firms and clients could securely log in, with options for email/password and Google sign-in. The platform enabled firms to manage client data, track form completion, and control access for team members.

2. Client Data Entry and Management Clients were invited to complete forms with personal and financial details, which they could save and revisit as needed. The data entry process was enhanced with helpful resources, tips, and the ability to leave comments for firm administrators.

3. Firm Dashboard The dashboard allowed firm administrators to oversee all client data, receive notifications, and export necessary information. This feature streamlined the management of client information and improved administrative efficiency.

4. In-App Signature and Security An in-app signature feature added a layer of authentication, capturing crucial details like IP address and location for added security. We also integrated a robust notification system and ensured that all data and APIs were securely protected.

This platform significantly improved the efficiency and productivity of client operations for divorce law firms, providing a secure and user-friendly environment for managing sensitive financial information.
