Home service owners hear that AI will transform their business, but every product they try is either a chatbot bolted onto their website or a generic CRM. Nothing fits the rhythm of dispatch, follow-up, estimates, and the messy phone-to-truck handoffs that make or break a week.

Approach
HomeOps is a catalog of single-purpose AI workflows — call summarizer, estimate drafter, follow-up sequencer, review responder — that operators can turn on individually and wire into the tools they already use. Each one is designed to live inside an existing flow, not replace it.
